Niki K. Talik

NIKI K. TALIK

Niki K. Talik joined the firm as an associate in 2017. Niki has 18 years of Workers' Compensation experience. Niki has represented employers in matters relating to workers' compensation and employment, including Industrial Commission hearings, BWC Handicap Reimbursement, and Unemployment Compensation hearings and worked as a legal intern for the Bureau of Workers' Compensation while attending law school.

Niki received her Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2002 and a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude with Honors and with Distinction in English, from The Ohio State University in 1999. While attending The Ohio State University, Niki was honored by being selected as a member of the Phi Beta Kappa national honor society. In addition to being licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio, she has also been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
